Our monthly Wednesday United meetings for 2025 kicked off with over 180 participants joining from across NSW & ACT and beyond.

Bella from Sydney spoke about her experience growing up in a spirit filled family, the hard lessons she had to learn for herself and how through her partner she connected with our Church just over a year ago.  Bella shared six defining moments in her life and walk with the Lord so far, read her full true story here.

Pastor Pete Moore shared a thought on the incredible power of the Holy Sprit and the Importance of Truth. Generally, people have lost hope in finding the truth, so they’ve stopped looking for it and stopped seeking it.

In lieu of truth, they seem to be seeking agreement. Common ground between each other to achieve an environment relaxed peace.  Sounds nice enough at a surface level, but it’s not real, it’s not true; it’s just comfortable.

Dylan from Perth spoke on Trends vs Consistency (and his Mum’s ’80’s hair).

Humans love social gratification and dopamine hits and it presents in so many areas of life. Pop culture, fashion, political issues, social views and 10 or 15 years later we look back wondering what we were thinking adopting the different trends that seemed so consuming at the time.

Starting in Hebrews 13:8-10, Dylan shares an inspiring thought on the impact of a trend in contrast to consistency.
